Ageing: after the alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages on the lees in stainless steel tanks for a period of time.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Bouquet: it evokes the fragrances of its region of origin with distinctive notes of tomato’s leaf, Bergamotto flowers, aromatic herbs and hay.
Taste: on the palate it is well balanced, a sublime flavour stretches towards a fresh finish with a classical touch of bitter almonds.
