Grape Varieties : Pinot Nero 100%

Winemaking : Long maceratione at controlled temperature (28°C) with frequent handlings to favour the tannic and anthocyanin extraction from the skins

Refinement : After the racking off, the wine is stored for twelve months to hone in French barriques
   -
Colour : Ruby ​​red quite deep

Bouquet : Very delicate, fruity when young (raspberry and cherry), then opens memories of hazelnut, walnut, fruit of underwood. It reaches its maximum after five years of aging

Taste : Soft and velvety, just hardly bitterish, elegant and persistent  
   -
Food Matching : It is a wine for “sweet” and soft meats: duck, partridge, roast pork. Excellent on cheeses not very old
