Winemaking : Long maceratione at controlled temperature (28°C) with frequent handlings to favour the tannic and anthocyanin extraction from the skins

Refinement : After the racking off, the wine is stored for twelve months to hone in French barriques

Colour : Deep ruby ​​red

Bouquet : Full and fragrant, with soft floral smell . Excellent as vintage wine, has aromas of ripe fruit especially of underwood

Taste : In the palate enters bold, with an excellent structure, becomes more aromatic with aging, more fruity smells in his youth, and more spicy in older age
